Unfortunately, I was in an injury from an accident where I was hit by a car while riding a bicycle and they refused to take the case or make any recommendations as to the reasons why and were extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anybody! My wife & I we're rear-ended by a young lady going 50 mph at a dead stop. The impact was intense & we we're physically & mentally messed up. Apparently Pendagrass didn't grasped this because in the year of disconnect, delays & Impersonal run around, they gave us a settlement amount that I thought was a joke! It's only the easy big-money deals that they will take. My husband broke a tooth on a frozen fruit bar stick. (broke it in half) The product had 2 sticks in it - 1 that is normally there and properly positioned and a hidden one - obviously a production issue. Four of the six fresh fruit bars had the same issue. But when Nestle refused to take any ownership beyond offering me a coupon for a new box of fruit bars - I contacted Pendergrast Law - they were not interested in battling Nestle even though my husband now had a missing body part from biting a stick he had no idea was there - and we had pictures of the 4 bars and the one that caused the issue. read more
