It was a simple request for my records when Josh represented me, that escalated to a WSBA grievance. Bad move. I have endless evidence that contradicts Alayna's responses- and lack of. Anyone that knows how firms work, know that the manager and paralegals are a reflection of a healthy environment. The bigger question is why go as far as doing something highly illegal? Investigation underway, and not the first time they've been in trouble for it. There's no excuse for Josh being MIA and passing it off to someone else either. I've known him for a long time before he was ever an attorney. Very concerning- but this concern impacts my LIFE and minor children. They're more concerned with aesthetic, reputation, and money. Not people or treating them as humans, clearly. They'll continue to hear from me until there is a resolve.
