They sent a letter saying without proof of insurance they would automatically charge you for insurance - Not sure how this is legal. I had to get my insurance company to fax them a copy of policy, they would not accept my word or my copy!!!??? If you are one day late on payment they charge you $50 late fee. My check was sent by my bank a week in advance and bc of the Labor Day holiday was one day late. They would not take back the late fee even though I showed them a statement from my bank showing the day the payment was mailed. I do not recommend them and we will be pulling our stuff out.
