He is extremely thorough meaning we have all the information needed to go through with the house purchases with complete confidence. Howard also fights our corner extremely well - meaning any outstanding issues were resolved by the seller prior to us moving in rather than being left to us. He is easy to get hold of over email or phone and provides constant updates. I feel that his fees are very reasonable considering the amount of work he puts in. Don't be fooled by their office. They share it with a completely different company which might give you the impression the firm is quite big - WRONG! Two man team and not even a secretary. If you have to use them, make sure they explain what they intend to do for you thoroughly and how it will be done otherwise you will go to court unprepared and most likely lose your case. You will find yourself having to do 90% of your defence work whilst they listen to your story, pay some novice/pupil barrister relative peanuts a day before court to defend you at the last minute and walk away with your money and sit on a beach somewhere laughing. Don't waste your money or gamble with your freedom or criminal record here. They are lucky I didn't go to the ombudsman.
