This was a solitary tooth with no others within 2 spots of it but it was insisted that the charge for x-rays was needed. When Dentist arrived he looked at tooth said it was not a problem and proceeded to inject Freezing. I sure wish he had used numbing gel before using that large needle. To ensure he "broke the suction" between the tooth and gum by ramming a spear like hygienist tool very deep between the gum and tooth. Numerous shards of tooth and bone were left in the orifice and in spite of 2 extra trips to their offices the shards were not all removed. Self treatment allowed me to did the remainder out. Thanks for the lack of professional assistance by your office. I will never forget or recommend you. I guess that is why you say you are running a Practice instead of a service.

This past Saturday I was enjoying said beverage when I banged my false front tooth on the bottle and knocked it out (classy, I know). This is not the first time this has happened. For those of you who know me, this particular tooth was bonded with a fake at the budding age of 6 when a friends' little brother threw a step ladder at me, and, in 1999; in a coffee cup incident; it was knocked loose and rebonded again. I have been going to Harker Chan and Associates for about three years and I called Dr. Harker about correcting my sudden hillbilliness Sunday morning. He graciously answered even though I called a personal number and offered to come in early the next day to get me fixed. I was in and out of his office in a half hour. To say that this man is anything short of a perfectionist would be an understatement. He is quick, professional and knows his work. His portfolio of veneered teeth is impressive; I have seen few veneers that look so natural. Now I can't review the entire practice without also talking about Dr. Chan (Dr. Chan is my regular doctor there, who rocks ps, but Dr. Harker has worked on my false tooth before and is the cosmetic surgeon, hence my call to him). Dr. Chan is prompt, lively and professional. When I was slated to have my wisdom teeth removed; without sedation, Dr. Chan had me back at work in less than a day. This guy knows his dental surgery. These men have ground, filled, bonded, poked and prodded my teeth for three years and I'm always relaxed in their chair. Their staff is friendly, smart and all have a very gentile touch. I recommend either doctor to anyone looking for a new dentist. T.

I found that Hans was terrific as a dentist and perfectionist at heart and always seeing the procedure through to a proper conclusion. I knew that I was in good hands with him. The team support too, was very good, they were both - friendly - and professional. The problem that I had with this office was on the management side of things; so much so, that I elected to lodge my concerns with the Alberta Dental Association. I informed the staff at 360 that I don't do business that way and moved on and in doing so, discovered a great office! I would suggest to any new patient going to any office, to ensure that you get a suggest that you get a treatment plan in writing prior to undergoing any treatment. That way, everyone is on the same page with less room for misunderstanding.

My previous dentist used to have the hygienists do most of the work on cleanings, so it was surprising when Dr. Yun did most of my cleaning himself. He's a very nice guy and his team is very friendly. They were able to fit me in when my front tooth chipped on the same day, and have changed their hours so that they are open late on certain evenings for those of us that work regular hours. They also consider couples and try to get my husband and I in at the same time/day so we can save the transport. They make sure that we are happy when we leave, and that the bill is taken care of properly. It's also nice that they have TV's you can control and watch while they work away on your mouth. The only thing I don't really like is the location - mostly since you have to take Deerfoot to get down there. If you live in the Douglasdale/McKenzie Towne area though, he's very handy, across Deerfoot from the power centre on 130th. Overall, I'm happy with Dr. Yun.

The staff (that I encountered) were all great! I get really scared during dental appointments, & really anything I know won't be comfortable. They seem so much more gentle than other dentist/dental hygienists. When I'd flinch, they'd ask if I'm okay rather than getting annoyed & telling me it doesn't hurt, like other dentists I've been to. One (possible) down side, they charge for how long you're with the dentist, rather than each treatment being done as one payment each. Not sure how much of a difference this makes however because I imagine that would make it harder to over charge for a treatment.

The day of my appointment I walked in expecting to get the extraction done and Dr.Herget took an X-ray and told me I have lots of good tooth left and a root canal was an option to save my tooth. I was worried about the cost and wasn't sure. He gave me a week to figure things out and went back a week later for the root canal! Most intense procedure I've been through ever, the numbing wasn't taking but he ensured that it did! 2 weeks later I have 0 tooth pain and am SOOO happy I listened to him!! Two thumbs up!
