They are all pretty much the same. Yet for some reason, if given the choice I will pick Cerny Most. Anyway, the staff are nice enough, always willing to find someone to help me, despite my lack of Czech. The cafe is also pretty good, but not as well set up as the one at C.M. But it is Ikea so what am I really complaining about.

Nespal jsem a zvracel jsem celou noc. Zajímalo by mě jak dlouho tam to jídlo bylo. Tohle nikomu nepřeju! Strašný zážitek. I visited IKEA this week and had a shrimp salad with mayonnaise in the cafeteria. It was a horrible experience. I spent the whole night vomiting, couldn't sleep at all, and felt extremely sick. The food definitely did not seem fresh. I truly wouldn't wish this experience on anyone!

The bus comes every 10 minutes.  Uber is also an option if you don't drive.  So on the weekend,  this place is crazy packed! I felt like I was going to get ran over by the speed shoppers! Was hard to really browse like I wanted. For a more leisurely shop I went first thing on a Monday morning. Much better.  I had a return and found English-speaking employees were limited (non existent) in this store. But, return center is on the main floor,  all the way to the right, next to cashiers.  Just take a number at the automated kiosk - there is an "English" option. There is a little sitting area here and a charging station for phones etc. In this area you will also find the" self wrap" area (packing paper and shrink wrap)  where you package your breakables after check out.  Unless you bring your own shopping bag,  you will have to purchase one at the register (if needed). What else ... well as you know Ikea sells ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you need for house decor (and some things you didn't know you needed). I didn't check out the cafe this time but it is huge! I picked up a few tiny items for my kitchen this time and saw some cute art work and mirrors I may go back for.

I selected yarn, Fortissima Color, that was clearly labeled at 251czk, but it rang up as 387czk. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the error until after I had paid. I was buying several items and didn't notice until I was leaving the store that my total was higher than it should have been. I immediately returned to the store to find out if I had misread the sign posted by the yarn I chose -- I had not misread the sign. The workers acknowledged that the price on the sign did not match the price in their computer, but they refused to refund me for the overcharge and they also refused to let me return the yarn -- even though I had paid less than 5 minutes prior and hadn't even left the mall yet. I was told I could come back on a Friday to speak with the person in charge, but unfortunately I had other plans that day. What is the point of posting prices if you aren't going to honor them? At the very least, they should have corrected the sign so that future customers were aware of the correct price.

The shop only has one person who speaks English compared to other ones in the chain but I think that is due to age (the staff at the other shops was generally younger). I like that they take card which can sometimes not be allowed in fabric shops (depending on the country but Prague seems to be mostly card friendly) and would come back again, I got 2.3m of Italian wool and 1m of a beautiful rib knit for ~$50 USD or 49€ (1230 CZK).
