Service by phone wasn't really polite but we forgot about it when we could rest. In hotel is a small swimming pool and really good sauna area. Rooms are big with also big restrooms. Restaurant very nice also as whole thing. Everything looks nice and pretty new. We was really happy. And now only one thing what is disappointing cleaning. We have some experience with other Austrian places and we used to very very clan hotels. So starting form bathroom where we could notice hair in the floor and under shower and finishing at spiders net hanging above our heads in restaurant. It's really good place with very good possibilities but please take care more because we would like to be back. I know that during busy season it's hard to take care about details but for future maybe this review will be helpful. Hotel is located in beautiful area close to skiing area and Swarovski Crystal museum. Very friendly for kids with own bowling and rentals ski. Price is honest and everything can be only better.
