Loved the modern ambiance and the access to restaurants around the hotel. Though the hotel itself has a restaurant, enjoyed the location of the hotel to the rest of the city. Located close to the city - everything "Brussels" related was just a few blocks away. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and kind. The room itself was clean and bigger than expected. This is a very cool modern hotel that I enjoyed taking advantage of everything they had to offer. Great location within walking distance to all the major attractions of downtown Brussels. It it reasonably priced with a very friendly staff. When you enter this hotel it feels like you are entering a high end club lounge (club music is always playing). It has a very laid back cool young energy vibe......although during the week they are bus loads of retirees visiting for a couple days. Their food is just as good as going to a restaurant downtown (well actually the steak and breakfast buffet was). It is a hip downtown spot so you will see people enjoying the lounge atmosphere but are probably not staying at the hotel. It sort of reminds me of a more reasonable version of the W. Stayed here for two night and really enjoyed it. The hotel and rooms are very modern, hip, and clean. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was fine and we had no issues with sleeping. The lobby has a lot going on with drinks, games, and TVs. Thought this was cool. They have the front desk and bar as one unit, thought that was strange. The gym was tiny but I guess better than nothing. The location is not far from the city center, 20 minute walk. They also have a few tram stations within a few blocks. The Wifi was free and worked well. They also had premium movies for free, score. read more

A favourite when in Leuven. Cool "boutique" hotel with a great bar/restaurant onsite. They make a killer steak. Rooms are OK, nothing more nothing less. The location of the hotel is great, as there are tons of restaurants closeby (should you decide to eat elsewhere). Staff is friendly. Best thing is that the bar seems to be open all the time. read more

Great Hotel and a nice Lounge. The service was brillant. They show football games in the Lobby and the prices for drinks are normal. The rooms are pricy but for the special style it is ok. read more

"it's not my problem - it is a housekeeping problem", said the lady at the front desk. I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. I noticed the black mold in the shower and informed the front desk at the beginning of my stay. They promised to notify housekeeping and take care of it right away. That night, mold was still there. Next day, mold was still there. I reminded the front desk and asked again to remedy the problem and/or move me to another room. I was told there were no rooms available but check back in the next day. I checked again the next evening (after seeing that again the mold was still there) but was told "it's not my problem - it is a housekeeping problem". That is a strange way to respond to a guest. Is the front desk not representative of the hotel as a whole? In summary: disgusting black mold in the shower, never resolved through the 5 day stay, hotel staff never changed the room and was rude in response. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 just because the hotel has potential. Clean up your showers and your act. read more

Its a party hotel. If you don't mind drunks yelling outside or in the hallway (one had to be arrested while I was there) then this is great hotel. If you prefer to sleep then go somewhere else. The staff is great and the breakfast is fine, though expensive like hotels usual are. The place is very hard to find. read more

As nice as the lodging was, the hotel charges for everything ! Wifi (10 euro per 24 hours, parking 25 euro per day). The restaurant had great food but the staff seemed to be coughing and sneezing during our stay which was a concern since the receptionist is also the bartender and server at the restaurant. The elevator may need attendance as it had a slight drop when it reached your floor. read more

Don't stay here. Extremely noisy because of student parties nearby and the front desk doesn't do much to help out. They changed me room but the other room was just as bad. They should ask the city to regulate parties and pub hours within a given distance from the hotel. read more
