caution! this tow company has been trying to sell stolen vehicles. after the police were called, proof of registration and vin number the police said it's a civil matter. tow company charged me to get back my stolen motorcycle they were trying to sell on FB market place. police should have charged them with trying to sell stolen items IMO. use caution with this company. apparently a few hundred dollar loss to a company that was trying to make a buck from a obviously, stolen motorcycle is worse the a few thousand dollar loss to a victim that had the bike stolen is more important. read more

Never use this company I was left for over 2 hours n the middle of a isy road did online form or roadside assistance, m call was accepted now truck driver " Steve " called my crl phone minutes later asking if m car uses gasoline, I he read the online form he would have aw it said gasoline there was no reason to call my cell phone . Waited , and waited, I can't even explain how awful my experience was. In short it n voved 10 phone calls mostly from the driver t the point where my son met him t my ca still in the middle of a road, I was way to work as 3 hours late,. Was o upset and creeped out y the driver my son offered to meet him , now the driver is defending his actions to my on. Extremely inappropriate, this is at midnight, just wanted my car off the road and go to work. Canceling my bcaa membership today use a different company and looking into legal action. One of the most disturbing unprofessional situation ad business I've ever had to deal with there is something very wrong with them you do not harass an bully your customers, especially a female one In the middle of the night when she is trying to get to work. It's the second time they have lost the call , forgot about the call.....whatever the lame excuse they use the first time my kids were with me.i will be contacting bcaa they can deal with the. The driver and dispatcher " debra" found ot funny how upset I was getting , my work was wondering if I was going to make it, I'm blocking part of the road, it's midnight and about-15 Nice people , had to give a rating otherwise it would have been no star. I didn't find it funny, my son didn't find it funny, my coworkers didn't find it funny the other drivers didn't find it funny. This is a slightly odd review, in that I never actually had a tow from them. But they were *super* helpful and accommodating on the phone. I thought I was going to have to have my '91 Westy towed from Penticton to Port Moody. I was in Penticton for a memorial event and had to be back at work Monday morning. It was pretty stressful. Anyhow, I called them and got a price (since they're not exactly Canadian Tire's specialty, and I didn't want to have to get myself back up to Penticton to collect it anyhow), and they said to call them Sunday morning at 6am, since they don't do advance bookings, but that I was definitely in the system and not to panic. That made me sleep well that night. The next morning, I had an idea as to what I needed to do to fix the van. I called Penticton Towing and said I thought I'd need them for 8am, so they said just call about 15 minutes in advance, and somebody would be there. (The dispatcher knew my name and everything.) With a little work, we actually did get the van running fine, so I called them to say I wasn't going to need them, and that I was sorry not to be giving them $1000, but happy to be keeping it.
