If you have ants in your pen, they're Pen's Ants. Or maybe they're just pirates. But not Pittsburgh Pirates, because they don't play that sport in this part of the world.
Penzance railway station is the end of the line - and a very long line at that. If you're coming in from Bristol or even London, this is your final Terminus. Which is weird because there's plenty of land west of here that isn't really covered. My visits to Penzance (2 by rail, 1 by road) have been mystical and memorable. It's beautiful down here and it feels like the end of the world.
Penzance is very much worth a visit. A port town and an old Cornish town. It's a lovely little town and it has a nice and definitely adequate railway station. I'll probably keep coming here in future as well, and will bring people here with me in future.
It has a beautiful large red roof and looks like a much bigger station than you'd expect in a smaller town like Penzance. It is the southernmost station in the UK.
