However, their Account Manager circled back with me eventually - which was encouraging. She asked me to come to the offices to meet in-person. We had great dialogue and she committed to doing what she could to assist my job search. She also gave me really good advice that works here in Lexington: go to places of interest, with resume in hand and inquire about the job in-person. I followed her advice. I have had success, but usually it is very unpredictable. But if there is a well defined skill set you have and you put out a good resume, this agency will definitely get back to you. I know when I submitted an application to this agency, an agent had put me in for a company, not even a week later. Actually, it was this last week. This afternoon, she reached out again to apologize for the wait and that she did not want me to think that she forgot about me! WOW! How had I not considered this agency within the last four years? Most other employment agencies seem to just stick you in a database, after you apply with them, but this agency is on a whole another level.
