When I heard nothing I called and was told to call their "available" line which is automated and left several messages with no return calls. I'm now looking elsewhere for help. This company doesn't know the true meaning of customer service/support. You are a company whose main goal is to help people find jobs....then do it what you are supposed to do...call potential employees back AND above all be FRIENDLY when you talk to anyone!!!! Wish I could give you half a star!

I rarely have the opportunity to write a review this bad. I was contacted by Christie she called me…read morein for paperwork the next day. I met with someone else who acted like I was going to get a postion. A week later nada. I have called and spoken with Christie and she said she would call me back the next day. NOTHING. They just want your info so they can plump their database numbers and tell you about contracts they do not have.

I should have known this wouldnt have been a great place when the employee was more than 30 minutes late getting back from lunch and opening up the place. I was working with Kristina Bryant and she offered me a job right away. It was working for Belk distribution. I was hoping for an office job, given my background, but they only had manufacturing jobs. And it really wasnt the pay I was looking for. But I had a hard time finding a job since I moved from NC and just took it. I went to work and within a few days started to get the idea this was a seasonal position. After I received my second paycheck I called because it was incorrect. I left a message that I needed my paystub and asked if this was indeed a seasonal position. I left several messages and emails and never heard back. I left several messages over the coming weeks about my pay and about looking for another job as I knew by now this was seasonal and the first month I worked we were sent home quite early. In November I started calling because I needed some information for my insurance paperwork. Not one returned call, text, or email. In December when I had my second incorrect paycheck I called again and after many calls finally got a hold of someone. I was working 3rd shift so I was generally sleeping while they were open but did try to go by several times but no one had returned from lunch or they were closed. The girl I spoke to was very rude. She told me I had never called them but twice and they spoke with me both times. I have a call log on my phone and can show how many times I called or emailed. . I did speak with them twice when they texted me to get me about my hours and once when I was out under doctors orders. And when I asked why they never informed me that it was a seasonal position the employee claimed they had no idea. Funny thing is everyone else in Spartanburg does. I just can not recommend this service. I would have liked to have known this was seasonal so I could have decided if I wanted this job or look for something else (had I known I would have never taken the job). And you can not get your paystub. So they cost me 2 paychecks and my insurance is now higher since I had to guess some information which was very incorrect. So I can not think of a reason to use these people.
