He did have facial hair, but he was hispanic...you know they start growing that fuzz in the final years of elementary. We walked in cuz we were eating some Rally's that night (right next door). My gripe about restaurants is that I don't have much to choose when it comes to soda. If drinking dark soda, I prefer diet, as it's not as sweet. I'll drink regular light soda but that still leaves me limited to sprite/7up/sierra mist. Ski's liquors to the rescue! I had so many options, I wanted to just drink bubbles for dinner...ha ha, non alcoholic this time. Ok, so its really just a liquor store, but kudos for checking ID, convenient location & non-alcoholic beverage selection. As far as selections they do have a good variety or single or tall can beers, and specialty drinks. You can also buy lotto tickets here. So again this is usually my go to for grabbing a drink after a long week before I head home and relax. Come check it out.

They do carry soda made from cane sugar as well as corn syrup. I prefer the cane versions. I'm not sure how much better cane is but corn syrup is definitely not the sweetener of choice. Nice variety of liquor here. Prices aren't as good as Mission or Remedy out by Glendale/Pasadena but still much more reasonable than hitting your local liquor store. They do carry a lot of high end items like Remy Louis XIII which i was a bit surprised to see. The store itself isn't much to look at but just by virtue of their stock and prices, it's probably worth a stop if you're in the area.

After I told them, they immediately went into action and BOTH walked me to my car and made it known to the man that they "knew" me, to say hi to family and visit more often.
