History
Established in 2000.
Under Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) Round 5, as an Unincorported Body.
The Board was formed in April 2000, being 100% led by local people.
PCF successfully delivered an SRB Programme of over £3m between 2000/2006.
PCF became a Company Limited by Guarantee and Not for Profit in 2004.
PCF Registered as a specialist regeneration Charity in 2007.
