The bid was within the range we expected and they proposed replacing our gutters which was something we hadn't requested. The gutters were the item that tipped us to choosing this group. We were delighted with the speed with which the job was scheduled. The weather caused a slight delay but they finished quickly and left no mess behind! Tom Garland came and did the estimate and picked up the payment but I don't believe he supervises any of the workers. When he came to pick up the payment, he assured me that my issues would be resolved within the week. That, of course, didn't happen. Repeated phone calls, repeated promises, not resolved.
