Another local hospital OR had to close due to unforeseen circumstances and Crosby was able to take on those patients and help support them through their delivery. This created for a very busy time. I would've never known that this time could be a time full of laughter and joy. The day I came in Jenny and Nikki supported me the most and we're so fun to be around down to earth and very authentic. Every need and want of mine was fulfilled. I would've never known that they were completely filled as I felt like I got the full undivided attention and like I was the only one there. This team works so well with each other! I really enjoyed watching everyone work together as they work well together. The communication between everyone was very clear and you can tell they truly enjoy each other's company. You can also tell they truly love their job and they are very patient centered and have a genuine care for their patients. There was so many things I was nervous about as a first time single mother, but again the care I received helped reduce anxiety. Honestly, I did not want to leave because I was having so much fun and I really grew to enjoy the company of all the OB/GYN nurses.
