With some time sensitive contracts at stake and finding out our previous courier service went out of business, I was scrambling to find another alternative. At 10am, I called a company nearby our offices but they couldn't let me know when they would arrive to pick up, get signatures or even return to my office with the contracts. Plus, since we were a new account, they couldn't guarantee billing and were confused even when I offered to pay with a credit card. As a last hope I went on Yelp! and searched couriers and Per The Mile came up. I called, Ovidio answered and was able to stop by the office within 20 minutes. So happy with this service! I needed a replacement double door delivered to my home, and it needed to be brought to the 4th floor without an elevator. I received a quote immediately over the phone, service was available the next day, and Marie was incredibly responsive by email for any questions. I had asked to speak with the manager, Jason, by phone to go over PTM's coverage policy for any damages to the door or my home in the delivery process, and he called within minutes to review everything for me and answer my questions. The two guys who brought the door were professional and more than capable. I couldn't believe the two of them were able to get it all the way up the stairs, but they did a fantastic job.
