Initial measurements and estimates were incorrect, covering areas I didn't request and containing pricing and material discrepancies not in my favor. Proposal included nearly 300 sq ft of unnecessary turf (over $800 in waste), which I was expected to pay for despite it not being used. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks were ignored or met with excuses (system issues, personal matters, travel), causing major delays and frustration. After giving them repeated chances while prepared to spend $10K+, the proposal was still wrong and communication ultimately stopped altogether.
