I received a horrible tattoo from this place. Cost was ridiculous as well. If you look at the picture the tattoo I received - the blurred looking piece of garbage.....then the correction that I recently got done...way better! What a garbage customer service, the girl who sells piercing jewelry has got some serious attitude problems

Do not recommend at all!!! I got my nose pierced here by their regular piercer and I had a good experience! However, the piercing gave me a lot of trouble and continuously got bumps on it. I went back to the piercer to see what they thought and they basically told me to suck it up or taking the piercing out. So I went to another shop in London and turns out the original piercer had completely messed my piercing. The piercing wasn't done properly and the stud was way too big for the hole which caused the stud to fall out continuously and irritate the area and create a buildup of skin. The new piercer at the new shop cleaned it up and out in a new piercing and I have had no issues since! I have heard things like this from multiple people too! Definitely would not recommend! Super expensive for low quality work and bad service. read more

Went in to get a cupcake tattoo. The artist obviously didn't really want to do it but took me anyways. I was pretty young at the time so I didn't really have the guts to leave unfortunately. I told him I wanted a cupcake and he went on google and picked literally the first photo. I ask for him to change a couple of things and he said he didn't have time. I was dumb enough to agree to him putting it on me (my error). He worked fast on it and at the end of the night when everyone had gone he left the bottom empty and said that he wasn't going to fill it in and maybe I could get it done some other time. Very rude and pushed me out the door when it was done. Once it was healed I noticed alot of scarring on it from it not being done properly and in a flat out rush. Never again will I go back here. I used to get pierced here as well. When you walk in everyone asks like they dont want to deal with you. Looks nice and shiny and clean on the outside but its a complete disaster really. read more

I got my tattoo done here in 2011. The place is super clean and smells like disinfectant, which was awesome. I made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour because the guy doing my tattoo had a regular customer come in and wanted work done on her massive leg piece. Even then he was less than pleasant and didn't really calm my nerves at all. It was also CRAZY overpriced. I paid far more than I feel like admitting for some words on my back. You're 100% paying for the perfect image name. I will not be returning here for any more tattoos. read more

i got my conch and third lobes done and the whole experience was virtually painless, very professional, and super cool all around. I got the base jewelry because i planned on switching them out the secind that they heal but the whole thing was under $140 :) I 10/10 reccomend if you want a good quality reputable piercer read more

Paid $60 deposit for a full sleeve. Received numerous calls over the months from reception as well of the artist himself rescheduling my next consult since the artwork was not ready. The consult was sloppy/abrupt at best but I appreciated the artists talent and gave him the benefit of the doubt. After almost 1 year passed I decided to politely ask for my deposit to be returned since nothing has been produced at all. I was then informed the artist left as if it was no longer their responsibility (and no one even had the decency to notify me of this). I have been in talks with the store manager. The last response I received was "I am looking into it" and now all contact is avoided. This was not my first tattoo experience (Have a rather detailed sleeve from Sugar Shack Tattoo in Kincardine) and since some of the artists are really great I decided to go against my better judgement and give them a try (as well as save on a drive to where I normally go). I will never return to a franchise and will stick with the independent shops who actually take pride in their reputation. I feel embarrassed and guilty having even considered them and now and looks like I am out $60. However, I am making it my goal to spread the message everywhere of my hatred for Perfect Image Tattoo until it is resolved. read more

I got my nipples pierced here and it was awful experience. I got the worst infections of my life. I had to go to the hospital and have large abscessed drained, and I was hooked up to IV antibiotics for 3 days. Please don't go here just to save money with there $30 piercing. Now I have a rather large scar on my beast from this horror show. read more

this place is very popular to get first piercings at. I've seen 3 different people pierced and 1 person get tattooed here I also had my daith pierced here. 3 out of 4 if us got infections or problems with our piercings. I've had 7 other piercings and I haven't had infections on any of my teenage ones (lobes got infected but I was 7). Most of the tattoo artists here are good but overpriced. The piercings are way overpriced. read more

I went for a very small tattoo on my ankle. I had a good experience the first time. I went back for a touch up and it was horrific. I have never been so angry. The tattoo artist Jay Bielak was an absolute jerk. . He said it was my fault I wasn't happy because I was so specific on what I wanted. When I told him he could have offered suggestions he said there was no point. Then he said I paid too much for the tattoo to begin with, but then demanded that I tip him for the touch up. I refused, said that if I paid too much to begin with then that should suffice. He said he has no idea why "they" charged me that much. When...it was him that set the price. He told me he hated doing small tattoos, that he specializes in sleeves and back pieces. I asked why then, did they book me with him and he said they think they are doing him a favour by booking small things so he gets breaks, but that he hates doing them. I explained to him that maybe he should have a chat with reception then, because the will be a customer satisfaction issue. He said he didn't care if the customer was happy. read more
