From the first meeting we found the lady's who worked there arrogant and self serving! We should have got the hint from the first meeting! It only went down hill from the first meeting! They sold us things we did not need and wall switch remotes that did not work properly. When we questioned them about the operation they yelled at us and told us we did not know what we were talking about! We told them the switches did not work properly and we wanted them removed and credited to the build. They actually threatened us and told us they would say bad things about us to other subs in town! These are not the kind of people you want to do business with! You want to be able to trust the people you work with not to sell you things you do not need or things that do not work properly! Stay away!!!!!

Regardless of the source, that added to the overall lack of clarity on pricing. For context, the initial quote was already higher than other licensed electricians I had considered. In short: the job got done, but the combination of pricing inconsistency, unclear scope, and average workmanship makes it hard to recommend.

He wanted to make it looked like it was done on purpose, not repaired, so he even designed and cut a couple pieces of granite from the scraps to fill the gaps.
