The ladies were fabulous. They cleaned our house and...then some!! I did not expect them to spend the amount of hours they did cleaning, but it pleased me how tidy our home became and confident in future visits. While we kept our dog out most of the time, the crew does not mind pets. I requested a deep clean of my entire house - 5 bed, 3 bath. 3 of our 5 bedrooms were completely…read moreempty, so there wasn't a lot that was needed in those rooms. During the walkthrough, they asked what I needed in each room. I told them exactly what I wanted and specifically mentioned baseboards. We had just gotten our house painted so there was drywall dust everywhere. I was quoted 3 hours of work for $250. They said if it went over 4 hours, it would be $325. It ended up taking them over 6 hours to clean my house and I was charged $660. I had no knowledge that they'd be there that long or charge that much. Again - I was quoted 3 hours and $250. After they left, we began to notice things that were not taken care of. The baseboards all over the house were still covered in drywall dust, there was a piece of trash behind the trashcan, the counter tops in the kitchen still had stuff on them. Tables and chairs were not moved for sweeping/vacuuming/mopping, and there were entire pieces of furniture that were not dusted or cleaned. I found myself going back over my house and cleaning up after them. Some rooms looked great - our master bathroom for one. But overall I was very disappointed in the service and the lack of transparency in pricing.
