All I can say is wow! Fantastic customer service all around! I had a referral here to get a root canal and had to drive quite a way to get here. The front office staff was fantastic from the get-go. The dental technician and the dentist are both phenomenal. Great bedside manner, great explanations, and great dental work. I experienced minimal pain and the root canal was done in just about 30 minutes I couldn't believe it. The staff at Perfect Teeth is wonderful. They're very caring, patient and knowledgeable. I had to have a crown replaced that had a fair amount of decay underneath the old crown. I didn't even feel the numbing shots. And they were constantly making sure that I didn't feel any discomfort. I also went in this Friday for a cleaning. Booked a gum surgery a few months in advance. I have text messages and email confirmations from it. I had to take off work and drive 45 minutes to get there. Once I got there they said they had mistakenly moved my appointment to a different date but I didn't get any auto notifications or emails stating that my appointment had been moved (like I had previously got from them when I changed my appointment before) so they were absolutely lying. I asked to see if I could see the doctor anyway and they said he was operating on someone else. I stepped outside to call my husband to give him an update. I decided to go back in to see if they could squeeze me in later that day. When I tried going back in they had already locked up and were leaving for the day. So not only did they completely mess up my appointment, but they lied to me and were just trying to leave early for the day. Completely unprofessional. read more

I was overwhelmed by the care all the staff gave me when I hadnt seen the doctor and needed to get a tooth pulled. I mean this doc pulled my tooth in 10 min. Wow, and he sat there and talked to me put more novicain when I needed it and walked me to the front. These people really do care and now my whole family is making appointments. Dr Hardy and his team provided excellent, caring, and efficient care for my 101 yo Mom who had lost three remaining teeth to decay and required root extraction. He carefully preserved her few remaining teeth to allow use of a partial for eating and to preserve her smile. She said "he was really good." If I could give Dr Hardy a ZERO, I would!!! He was the WORST ever! I went in to have a tooth pulled. I told him I was nervous & anxious. He ignored me. He then stabbed me several times without warning in my gum. I tried telling him he was hurting me, tears coming down my face. He did NOT care! My family had been going to perfect teeth at 64th and ward and had great service all around. The location closed and we were transferred to another location. Near 88th and Wandsworth. After waiting for 4 months for our new patient checkup we found out that the new location never requested our records from the previous location. So we had to go through all new exams and xrays. After a year of poor service from all staff except the Dr. We decided to change dental offices. We signed the paperwork to have our records sent to our new dentist and found out perfect teeth only sent the xrays. Perfect teeth really needs to pay attention to the customer and their needs. read more

*AVOID AT ALL COST* *VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL* Dr. Marwah was great. The office reception was awful. My procedure started at least 20minutes late. They over charged me. I told them that they must be making a mistake because I had checked twice what it would cost beforehand with perfectteeth and my insurance. Anyway, I didn't want to bother the reception with this issue so I paid rightaway ($328 overcharged). I followed up with my insurance and I have emails from them that they sent their payment to perfectteeth and perfectteeth is obligated to refund $328. It has now been 20 days since my procedure and 2 weeks since my insurance claim has been processed. I called perfectteeth several times. Pam (the head receptionist i guess) has been totally avoiding my calls. I left a message with her which she did not reply. I called to remind her of the message after I was promised to get a call back. Without getting on the phone, Pam, rudely, told her associate to tell me she will call back when it is convenient for her. I finally called back today (at least 5 days after she was supposed to call back) and again, she was busy on the other line (as she avoids my calls). So, I do not recommend going here. It is not worth the trouble. Find another Dr or find your Dr in another office to go to. Also note to perfectteeth: you may want to consider hiring people who are more responsible. Now I have to spend even more time to dispute for my refund with third parties. Never doing business here again. read more

Do not come here. I had surgery on some skin that was to be removed I went over my prescriptions at least three times with the girl that was taking my information. She also asked me right before I went under anesthesia for my surgery. I told her I did not take narcotics or Ibuprofen because I was on blood thinners. When they were done with my surgery I received two prescriptions one for hydrocodone and one for ibuprofen. WOW! Also Trevor that did my surgery did not take me off my blood dinner's before the procedure afterwards I was sneezing when I got home and broke a blood vessel in my face. I had a whole handful of blood coming out of my mouth and when I called them they told me to put a tea bag on it. Because my blood vessel broke I had massive bruising all over my face I have attached a picture. They kept telling me it wasn't because of the procedure I had but I know different because I had a second opinion done. I will not say anything else because I could probably go on for a while. Horrible place to go to!! It's a factory of dentists inside a strip mall. Very third world. They completely wasted my time. Did an "evaluation" than told me to schedule and appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Never heard of such a thing. Basically they waste your insurance companies money with the first visit, Including your time, so they can make more money on the second visit. I love love Dr. Parsons and his staff on the dentist side!!!! Be very careful going to Dr. Judd for Invisalign. I gave them $1700.00 to start up only got through 8 trays out of 20 because it was making my top front teeth Very Loose.After paying $600.00 shy of the $4000.00 total we stopped treatment. Dr. Judd was Extremely rude. And they kept all the money I paid with close to no progress. The corporate office was rude!! I was pushed to talk to everyone in orthodontist....After 2 months of dealing with the refund of $300.00 they are making every excuse they can to not pay me. No results, but paid $3500.00. I ended up on Yelp tonight because I was researching local orthodontists for our daughter, and I happened to see the negative review on Arvada PT from another patient. I'd just like to put in my 2c. Our family has gone to Arvada PT for, oh, about 5 years now, and we've mostly had great experiences. Between the 3 of us (2 adults with the usual sorts of mid-life teeth and gum issues, and a kid who has been there for baby teeth to molars), we have had multiple root canals, a gum graft, and a tooth extraction. All of these procedures went very well. The adults go in 3x/year for perio cleanings/exams and the kid goes in for cleanings/exams 2x/year, so we see these folks regularly. Dr. Parsons, Dr. Hymer and her assistant, Dr. Hardy, Dr. Karmali (formerly at PT, now at his own practice in Denver Stapleton) Libby, and almost everyone else we've dealt with have all been extremely competent and up-to-date with technology and techniques, and our dental health has markedly improved under their care. The one less-than-satisfactory issue we have ever experienced on the dentistry front was with the PT orthodontist. Last year, we had an evaluation for our daughter's orthodontics needs, and the orthodontist was juggling another patient in the chair at the same time he was talking with us. Maybe we just caught him on a very busy day. Anyway, my daughter and I would have preferred a more private, less-rushed conversation. Some kind of written material to describe or at least list the diagnosed problems and treatment options would also have been very helpful. Both of us came away from that experience thinking that we'd like to shop around a little more on the orthodontist front. (Which, a year later, I'm finally getting around to doing, but that's another story!) We've never had any problems with admin or billing. The absolute closest thing to a problem there used to be those pesky periodic appointment reminder calls, until I finally had the sense to ask if we could be taken off the call list. All in all, we're very grateful we have such a good dental team! I don't often do online reviews, but this time I really felt the need to share our good experience. read more

Terrible place, do not go here. I took my son in because his jaw was swollen, So the doctor prescribes antibiotics to help him. The swelling is gone that's fine, unfortunately me or his mom was able to take him in but we get him in. So the doctor looked at his mouth and says he needs us to make decisions for his surgery ok. So we reschedule, this time his mom takes him in and they said they couldn't do anything. They suggested that I put him under Anastasia and I thought to myself I'm not going to do that. So I decide to take him to another dentist and my husband at the time suggested Perfect Teeth there was a dentist their named Dr.Luc he was great with Jesse and I've been going there ever sense. I was never told that this would only be an intake and would have to come back for a cleaning. I arrived early for my appointment, had to wait. I went to Perfect Teeth on 88th and Wadsworth and got a bridge ($1800 after insurance), which left a gap between my upper and lower front teeth. I asked the general dentist to send it back as the gap will not cut spaghetti and some other foods. 3 weeks later I received which seemed to be the same bridge as the gap is still there. I decided to have them make a lower flipper to correct their error and was informed it will be another $147.00. Even though they are nice, I must say they will not correct their mistakes unless they can make more money from it. Be aware of deceit. read more

Recently I returned for the third time for a six-month cleaning, even though I no longer live in Arvada. Very good, as always. I saw Amber, one of the hygienists, also for the third time, and she is amazing--very thorough and careful. I use Medicaid as my insurance and I like that quality isn't compromised when using a lower-cost insurance. I was seen on time and was in and out quickly. So I found these guys through my insurance. The cleaning an customer service at the first site was great. Found out I needed a surgical procedure due to defect. At the time I'm writing this review will be the 5th time I've had to find a different time to perform this procedure due to the scheduling. As a whole they have been difficult if not unruly with regards to being helpful or accommodating. Following a routine cleaning I was told services associated with the cleaning were not covered by insurance, and was forced to sign a document advising I would pay $85. This had been the second time there has been an issue with services not covered by insurance. The first time I was told "We Strongly Recommend this, but insurance doesn't cover it." And was pressured to have a check ready to pay that day. Consumer protection agencies and medical/dental licensing boards should be aware of the practices of this office. read more

I am a person who hold long term relationships with my dentists, I have had only two in all my life. Since I moved from Fort Collins, I had not gone to one in a while, but I had an emergency, my #18 got broken and it needed inmediate attention, so one of my lovely coworkers recommended me to visit Perfect Teeth at 88th st and Wadsworth, she was happy with their services, so I did so. I was in such pain, . I called them, they arranged a time to evaluate me. Cara, a wonderful assitant brought me inside, took xrays, introduced me to two dentist, they created a plan for me, and they let me go with medications to prepare myself for next day procedure. I was concerned as I did not have all that money right at the moment but they offered me a payment plan and my concerns were resolved. I instantly knew I was in good hands. Next day, (today) I got the dental work done, everything started on time, the Dr assitant, Kelly, was very nice, professional but friendly, cortegous, everything was clean, and they made me feel very relax. Dr. McBride was very gentle, listened to me when I needed more anesthesia, was constantly checking on how was I doing. he was very knowledgeable and certainly knew what he was doing, they were explaining to me the steps of the procedure. In conclusion they were a great team. They were amazingly quick,there was very little manipulation (hand contact with my mouth/skin), very minimum contact therefore I felt no pain in the recovering time. I went to work after the procedure. and I am all ready for my next appointment. I am glad there is Perfect Teeth near me, were treatments are accessible and services are really focused in making you feel better. I had to have an root canal done and this place was one that my insurance would cover. But after reading the so-so reviews for this place, I was hesitant to go. I hate going to the dentist in general. However, I decided to go through with the treatment anyway because of my pain. I saw Dr. Becker who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and talked me through what she was doing (since this was my first root canal). I had a great experience that was done in under an hour and efficient. Overall, this place was convenient and allowed me to get the treatment I needed. read more
