Mice, creepy bugs, flies, whatever other random pests may haunt your nightmares, Paul will sweep in and kick 'em out before you can scream, "Ack!" The monthly visit is probably priced accordingly (bless my landlord and her willingness to provide these sorts of things...) but it means he knows all of the nooks and crannies of the place and can find all the grody stuff that boyfriend and I either can't find or don't care to find (moldy maggot-eaten mouse carcasses? no thank you). Willing to move the oven away from the wall to plug little holes in the foundation? Sure! Happy to do thorough perimeter checks, foam/caulk gun thing in hand? Absolutely. Willing to crawl around in the basement (which is lovely and finished but still... a basement) to lay traps and retrieve traps? No problem! Explaining everything and addressing any specific issues in detail? Paul's your man. We figured there was some kind of dead cretin in our walls or something after we suffered five to ten houseflies every day for a week. Of course, Paul shows up and finds said deceased gross thing within ten minutes. Picks it up, hauls it out, kills the flies dead, and we haven't had a problem since.
