When I couldn't use my credit card I handed the Bud Tender $60 cash and said I would have to put the remaining $8.47 on my DEBIT car. The Bud Tender inserted the card into the reader and handed me the receipt from the card reader. The next day I received a notification from my bank f a charge of $73.03. the entire $68.47 plus a $4.55 fee was charged to my bank account. I contacted perfect Union Monday morning and they said they couldn't find any charges on my account since 2025. No charge from Saturday night is on my account. Customer service sucks. I waited in line for over 10 minutes and constantly got looked over, first and last time I'll be shopping here.

I called and spoke with a person to verify exactly what time they closed, since I was about 45 minutes away from their location @ 8pm. (their phone greeting message says they're open until 9pm) I spoke with an Employee to double verify, and said I should be there about 5 minutes before you close. Hee said, "As long as you're here before we close, you're all good." I pulled up there at 8:50pm & the security guard literally locked the door when I got a10ft away, shrugging his shoulders and shaking his head saying "too late". I looked at my watch and told him about my phone conversation with their employee & the person I spoke with, heard us talking, stuck his head out of the interior door, then the security guy tapped his watch and shook his head, so the employee shrugged & said, "sorry bro, I guess you should try and get here by 8:45pm next time. Are you kidding me? Look I get it. You have to close up and let your people go home. I don't have a problem with the policy. I have a problem with the security guy, who's body language and demeanor hardly attempted to mask the enjoyment he derived, by using his power & authority over myself (a loyal customer willing to travel 50+ miles to your location) and a newly hired bud tender who, most likely, didn't know about the locking of the doors @ exactly 8:50pm...with no if, ands or buts about any possible exceptions to the rule! Got there at 6pm stayed in line til after 7pm, only one bud tender helping people. None of the product is on display and the menu on the wall doesn't even have all of the product. Person helping had to keep apologizing for realizing he was out of product the menu said they had. Bud tender had to keep running around back and forth to see what they did have. He didn't have any knowledge on the products we asked about. We asked for a full gram cart and got home to find a half gram. YOU CANT LOOK AT ANY OF THE WEED OR SMELL IT. I was fairly regular customer, after the last 5-6 experiences of going there, and being recognized as a regular, I've had enough. Once you get back behind the door everything is ok, but staff you deal with to get in are extremely rude. I'm a medical patient and have been to many dispensaries and this was is by far the worst in customer service. The prices are also outrageous for flower.
