Keeping her promises, providing touch ups following the initial service, being kind to customers, and providing customer service is the best way to keep customers coming back! Word of mouth advertising is the best form of advertising any business can get. Vanessa is so good at her job. She's always upbeat and makes the experience a little less painful. For me, personally, on a scale of 1-10 as far as pain goes, I'd give it a 7. It can be a little uncomfortable and it's not as quick as waxing but it pays off. There's more control when it comes to shaping the brow and mine have been looking fleeky af since I've been going to Vanessa.
