It is not fancy (although they are called Fancy nails) but they do a fantastic job and frankly that is what I am concerned about. If you want a tranquil spa experience and you want to pay twice the price that is also great but given I am a regular I don't feel the need to go to a high end salon every two weeks. In addition to doing a great job they are also very kind and very respectful of their clients. I have seen them treating seniors so gently and wonderfully and the teenager as well. Everyone is welcome and treated very well. I highly recommend their services.

Two minor annoyances - 1. Please do as they ask and put away the phones. It is distracting for other guests 2. Don't reserve chairs by the pool for a long time by leaving your belongings there. Some folks did it for over 3 hours while we were there. So not fair to other guests. Otherwise, a wonderful spot and great staff. Note - Do take your epi pen if you are allergic to bees/wasps. There are quite a few buzzing around the pool and gardens.

I had them done on Wednesday and by Monday 3 of my nails were completely lifted off. I went to my regular nail place today and when she started shaving them down every single nail had lifted from my nail bed - it's been 9 days since I had them done. Customer service wasn't great but the price point doesn't match this salons abilities to provide quality service. 0/10 would not recommend spending a penny here.
