Everything was lukewarm if not cold. All we had for main course was a lasagna, chicken cacciatore on rice, a bit of salad with small tomatoes, cucumber, etc. Garlic bread was cold and hard, no pops or even water. We had tea (probably at the request by some) only after the meal. The little 1" square pastries and huge cookies were most probably bought at the supermarket. They were all so, so sweet. No really, a lot of people had the same comment. Maybe that was the selection those responsible for that disaster chose for the price. I really don't know. But according to the previous reviews, they weren't being honest or we're the ones missing the boat. Anyway, I am so sorry to have to take the time but only you must know how bad that dinner was. We even had a snack at home before going to bed. That's how bad it was. Sorry. Someone has to let you know.

It consisted of a big chunk of salmon which was a bit dry. I think it continues to cook when they put the cover on it. It was smothered with a tasty white sauce. The basmati rice was undercooked and the broccoli was mushy. There was a salad with a vinaigrette. My colleague thought it was a bit too vinegar forward but I'm not complaining. The chocolate cake was the star of the meal. Sooo moist and not overly sweet which I appreciated. Overall it was a tasty meal but I had to use the salt and pepper packet.

This Party City in Orleans does not seems as spacious as the ones on Cyrville or on Merivale, but it's still pretty good and I've gotten some great deals here. I love costumes and am always looking to add to my inventory, so I love just poking around Party City especially around Halloween. At the beginning of Halloween season they tend to clear out the previous year's models of costumes, so I've gotten sales before Halloween. And of course, after Halloween there's a big blowout sale as well. They have a lot of items in-store that are not on their website, so definitely worth an in-person visit. They have lots of party supplies as well, but I just go there for the costumes. They do have lots of party favours for kids and lots of themed items like Disney Princesses, Dora the Explorer, Paw Patrol, etc. They also have a great selection of PEZ dispensers, for any collectors, lol.
