I am a 100% disabled veteran and must have a washing machine available every day for medical necessity. My washing machine had a permanent error code not allowing me to do any more loads. I would definitely recommend Kolby's services! Reached out through yelp asking for a quote on a professional appliance cleaning for my washer and dryer unit. He reached back out almost immediately and was able to come out 2 days later. He had the best pricing compared to all the other businesses I reached out to. After doing a great job cleaning out the unit and doing a general maintenance and service check, he was transparent with us and recommended we invest into a new unit instead of spending the money to fix the issues we were currently having with the unit we owned. I have found my new appliance repair person! Kolby the owner was great. We had 2 other repair people come out and they didn't want to address the issue and just told us to buy a new dishwasher. Kolby came out and diagnosed the issue and while we waited to test the fix he noticed a stove burner knob was broken and a burner wasn't firing and fixed it for me and gave me great tips on how to prevent a future issue.
