The staff at this location are very polite, quick and helpful. It is very clean and maintained with nice seating area. They do have ample free parking in from of the bank area. They also have a complimentary coffee place inside the location.

The wait time is always at least 45 minutes or longer. There are 2 tellers for each of the two…read morelanes and the wait time is always bad! One of the visits there were no tube in the machine, I pressed the button for assistance and after 10 minutes a teller finally decided to say acknowledge me. That's is just one of the many occasion.

Lots of back and fourth between me, Hasani and Mo. Metro Auto is a little goofy but they mean well, Alberto and Mo really were the MVPs of the sale. Mo got me a great APR rate and Alberto was able to work with me on some tweaks with the RAV. It's been over a month with the car and there are absolutely no complaints! I was ensured that it was due to it being cold outside and the car warming basically some excuse but I still would have this issue with the car when I would let it sit for a while then turned it back on. The next issue was the same day of purchase the car was jerking and shaking , I had to cancel my doctors appointment and take the car back. I was told to leave the car with Paul and he would have their mechanic fix the issue. Next issue I was having issues with the coil pack and took the car to tell me exactly the issues and it was in both cylinders so I took the car back to them again and it was the same run around this time bring the car at lunch time and once again the mechanic would fix all the issues. The next issue was the biggest, my car began to shake and jerk as it did when I first purchased it, also it couldn't use the gas like normal to accelerate because it would drag as well. I would struggle to get up hills. The car cut off on me and would I would turn it back on it would keep shutting off with majority of the things highlight such as the battery , check engine light everything was lit. My daughter was in the car and we was almost hit multiple times trying to move it out of the road. I let the car sit over night at a gas station and when I came the next day it drove for about 2 seconds up the road it would struggle to get up the hill and shut off again right in the middle of traffic. The same day I went to them and Laura was very nasty the same one who sold me this vehicle she told me that it has no warranty , it is a cash car , the mileage was already high but still if you knew the mileage was high and it was going to soon have issues hmmm why would you sale it ! So you have knowledge of the car having issues. Paula even told me the day I had my coils supposedly fix I had a great engine. Avoid them do not believe the lies !

I literally purchased this vehicle on october thirty first and november seventh.I was driving doing overeat orders the gears went completely out on the vehicle i had to release the emergency brake to keep from crashing into a parked vehicle. I then called the dealer and addressed the issue. And he told me that his mechanic will come where I was to take a look at the vehicle. But I had to give the mechanic $80 for him to come to find out what was going on. The funny thing is when the mechanic got there. He went straight under the hood and went directly to the issue, and you clearly could also see that there were a lot of things rigged up under the hood. The owner told me that he was not responsible for any Wear and tear on the vehicle because what was going on with the vehicle that it was nothing wrong with it when I purchased it basically accusing me of the issue.I was clearly told by the mechanic that it was a mechanical issue when I addressed all of the sensors that had appeared on the dashboard to the dealer, he stated that he would get my car to pass the emissions. But that's all that he is responsible for.And he would figure out how to get the emissions to be able to give me plates for the vehicle, when the time came, I would not recommend this company to anyone.This man clearly saw that I was a woman, and I was taken advantage of and I got ripped off over two thousand dollars on a vehicle that I can no longer drive

After another mechanic diagnosis was discovered sealant was used on gasket at purchase that was not disclosed. Most disheartening especially since I went back four times to address issue never to address the over heating problem.
