Always super respectful when I call the office. They are quick to respond whenever I need their service.

I am the president of the HOA board and our current elevator company failed to provide us good service or properly diagnose the issue we have been having with our elevator car. After getting several quotes from different elevator companies my gut feeling was to go with performance. Wow! Jason the owner is great! He was on the phone with us and made sure we were aware of all the issues, the costs and made some amazing recommendations. His team was friendly respectful and completed the job in no time. We had two of the roller guide brackets re bolted to a plate due to an original improper installation in 1989. Elevator runs great and we are back in business. Thanks Jason! read more

So, my company called these guys. they came out and did a look at our elevator problem. I was told by Matt that he would get the estimates to me later that day. nope. instead I got it the next day, in later part of the day. I overlooked that because I know businesses can get busy. so I confirmed the estimate given. I was guaranteed that someone would show by 7 am to work on the elevator. Nope AGAIN!! I called to inquire and later received a message that someone would show at 1030am! I over looked this again, because I run a residential care facility with senior citizens and I needed this elevator repaired. The tech that came out was super informative and nice, however after 2 hours he indicated he needed a partner to help him complete the repair job. so he calls this in and leaves. In turn, I call the company and they said they would dispatch help. ok great. several HOURS go by, no one shows and no word from the company. So I called again. This time Matt proceeds to tell me that he doesn't think they have the capability to help us!! wait....what!!?? what happened between the last time I called and now? He just got quiet with me. Listen I got residents who need to come down from the 2nd floor and they are unable to do so without our elevator!! This is a sorry excuse of an elevator company. They jerked us around for 3 days and than didn't even finish the job! read more

Only 2 stars because of management! They repaired our elevator & finished within a reasonable amount of time. There was 1 employee, David, who is extremely competent, polite, helpful, ect. I called his boss, Jason, twice, to tell him what a fantastic employee he has! He never called me back, even after I told the woman who took my message, why I was calling! If the managers don't have the time to be polite & to hear a good report about their workers, then I don't have the time to deal with them! read more
