Only one person working EVER and he doesn't seem to really care about helping anyone, he's just eager to go home.thinking that we have an hour and 30 minutes left before closing for the day. we arrived at the store @ 3:30 only to be told at 3:45 that they were closing shortly... when I asked if he minded elaborating on that... he said "yeah I'm closing in five minutes"... so moral of the story here is I dunno what to say as far as there store hours because they make up everything on a whim... There are few names of plants on ANYTHING. My biggest problem however is that there are also NO prices on ANYTHING ... he explained, he makes up the prices as he goes, because he says "i have all of them memorized"..... ok?... but then why was my wife was given for a price for a specific Palm that she liked, then when I caught back up with the two of them and happen to inquire about the same species of Palm (same size) why did I get a different number then... while looking at the availability of their "unbroken" fountains they still had left since everything seemed to be chipped or cracked on parts... he tried telling me a price for one that actually DID happen to have the amount on the inside of the bowl it said $70... he told me it was 140.... his only response..... "oh!... I guess that's it then"...... needless to say that's when we just turned & just walked away... didn't feel there was anything left to add at that point anymore... he'd said enough.... I do not recommend this place one but .... there are five other nurseries literally on all sides of this place.... I would recommend ANY other one.... They do not stand behind their work…read more Spent over $23,000 on landscaping and construction services from this company less than 2 years ago, and have had terrible service from the moment final payment was made. When Brandon (my contact) told me which plants they intended to install, I told him some wouldn't survive the hot, dry, full-sun location. He insisted they would work, and told me they all had a one-year guarantee. Within three months, when they started to die, I sent him photos and asked that they be replaced with others. Despite promises they would be changed (at least six times over the next few months), they were never replaced. Likewise, the artificial turf that was installed was not installed with enough/the right adhesive and the turf has become a serious tripping hazard. Again, calls to Brandon were met with promises that someone would come out to fix it, and no one ever did. Repeated messages were not returned. Last month an obviously broken irrigation pipe under the tile/artificial turf they installed caused flooding in my yard. When I called the company to ask for someone to come out to evaluate what could be done, Jordan told me Brandon no longer worked for the company. (I guess that explains why my messages weren't returned.) Jordan told me he was Brandon's replacement, and that he would be out in two days to take a look. 10 days later, he came out and confirmed it was a broken pipe, but said my warranty had expired and there would be a charge to repair the pipe. He told me it would require the large tiles and turf to be demolished to find the problem, but he'd send me an estimate. It's been over a month and again, I've been ghosted. I consulted another irrigation specialist who told me that if a pipe underground ha broken, it was likely cracked when it was installed. I hope this serves as a warning for anyone considering paying this company to do landscaping and installation.
