I mean, they have not changed their look of their stores in 20 years. I will give them props that it is organized but their pricing for normally priced goods is moderately high. Where you have to score is on their sale items. However they do not keep much stock of sale priced items low.....so you must strike when the iron is hot or you will leave disappointed and like this face :-( I can't count how many times over the years I have gotten to later on in the week and I have wanted a sale item but have left disappointed. It really has let me down and leaves me with a not so great taste in my mouth when it comes to Bureau en Gros. Where they do excel is sale priced on certain electronics like USB storage keys.. It's amazing there is not as much competition in this segment however they appear to lead it so therefore they can provide a so-so experience. This location has decent service and they usually ask you if you need help. Rarely I do....... as I know where most of what I'm looking for is at and what I'm shopping there for.

The goods: This is one of two good shoe stores in the area, and they carry a good variety of quality footwear from Italian designers, to Coach and UGG to Hunter boots. I would say that the bulk of what they carry is on the dressy side, with the exception of rain/winter boots, sandals in the summer. and some more casual footwear. Service: Hit or miss. I've walked into this store on more than one occasion without receiving any greeting whatsoever, or a greeting of the snooty variety. On this occasion, a clerk eventually came over to see if I needed help. She answered a few questions I had and then rang me up. She was friendly... but I did feel like there was a general lack of interest on her part. That said, let's be honest: in St. Sauveur, you'll occasionally encounter folk who think they're superior to you because they live in St. Sauveur. Price point: On par with what you'll pay anywhere else. If you're buying a brand like UGG or Hunter etc. you will find that these are priced exactly the same as the brand's web site(s).

I came in on a Saturday and they fixed it in front of me for $10 labour. I didn't mind as they could do it in 5-10 minutes for what it would take me 30-45 minutes ( yes I suck at bicycle repair). All in all the bill was $36 after taxes which made a little girl very happy she could get back on her wheels for summer. Selection of bicycles is quite extensive and they provided some great advice. They have gear and accessories galore to keep the enthusiast happy at reasonable prices.

I will admit that they do have a good selection for anything you will need for your pool. From pool noodles, chlorine, salt and parts, you can get most all you will need here! The also do have a good selection of backyard furniture and gazebo's. The outdoor goods however are very expensive. You need to wait till end of summer or when they have a 10 - 20% off as prices are high! In my mind Club Piscine marks up their outdoor goods to the highest maximum level that the market will bear. Their Pool service section provides good advice and you can ask them technical questions on your pool or spa. In peak times they are quite busy. Keep this in mind. Be careful as when you are browsing at gazebos or outdoor furniture their sales reps will quietly circle you like a school of sharks!
