Auto Doc was recommended to me by a local auto parts store. The guys read the computer codes and inspected for leaks....nothing. No dipstick on my car, so ended up draining the oil to see how much was in the system. Turns out there was a faulty sensor and there were 8.5 qts in a 5 qt system! They only charged me for an oil change. Thank you, thank you for getting me back on the road to continue the next 3500 miles of my trip!!

We recently had some work done to an other vehicle and I had serious sought as the the validly of their claims and struggled going back there for a simple recall they were to perform. In doing this they had plug the truck into a hand held diagnostic computer and I was charged 185 for that before any work was done at all to the car. Spare yourself the time and money and go to A1 auto parts they will plug your vehicle in for free and sell you some DEF for a fraction of the cost.

I had been searching internet forums trying to figure out why my Subaru wouldn't shift and I found that people had problems with the fluid in the clutch. I called and asked Performance Tech to check the clutch fluid before they got too deep into my car. They were booked a week out and instead of doing what I suggested, nine days later, they took the liberty of draining my transmission fluid and charged me for a hour of labor. I got a phone call and the mechanic quoted me $6500.00 for a new transmission! (a manual Subaru transmission) I laughed, commissioned a truck/trailer and drove 300 miles to pick up my Subaru. They parked my car pointed down hill pinned between to big trucks, making it very difficult to get onto the tailor with a come-along. I got it home and my uncle filled up the trans fluid and topped off the clutch fluid. It drives perfectly now, just needed a little clutch fluid! This shop will con you out of your money, pay the extra towing fee to get it far far away from this scum.
