She could have told me just to do it she would have charged me more money but she did not , she was honest and professional. At first I was not sure since I love my highlights but I am Glad i listed to Meri.So I ended up doing color only so my hair can get a break and recover. I did also Botox and got some of her unique products. Meri is great. Amelia is so sweet and Cindy is just the best with nails so gentle.

When we walked in, the store was completely empty, yet the staff member at the front desk was not welcoming at all. She seemed uninterested, unmotivated, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no enthusiasm, and no effort to assist us. She never even got up from her chair to help. The only guidance we received was to "look through the books," followed by being told the tuxedo would cost around $450. There was no attempt to explain options, offer suggestions, answer questions, or help us find something suitable for such an important occasion. Customer service is a huge part of any business, especially when people are shopping for weddings and special events. We ended up leaving because we did not feel valued as customers. If this is the level of service provided before placing an order, it did not give us confidence in what the experience would be like if any issues came up later. My advice to anyone looking for wedding attire is to go somewhere that actually wants to help you, offers ideas, takes the time to understand what you're looking for, and makes you feel excited about your special day. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on providing a more welcoming and customer-focused experience.

Lastly, my nails are obviously weak since my acrylics were taken off, she decided to use the nail drill machine and nail file hard on my nails after.
