I shopped here mostly to look at women's clothing. I felt happy with the selection of shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, outerwear, etcetera. The prices ranged from low to high. I particularly liked the styles of Calvin Klein dresses. I, however, ended up picking out only a blouse that was on clearance for just $10. At the cash register, I had to wait a few minutes while other customers were being served. The cashier spoke very nicely with me, greeting me and wishing me a good day. She made no mistakes with the transaction. I was asked to donate my rounded-up change to the Hispanic Federation charity, which appears to do good work but, based on your political views, you might want to look up before donating.

I stopped in for cosmetics and he was one of very few employees working today. He is typically working in the fragrance section near (Kate Spade and Chanel). When he was called to assist me, that was the best thing the other passing employee did for me. He went to work and took his time to help me find a product I needed. He even provided some tips of the trade he learned along the way from his previous job experiences; helping me to make some selections backed by science that could potentially improve the outcomes I was seeking for the future. If you are ever in Macys and you need help; quality customer service; smiles and patience, please make sure to stop over to see my buddy Will. Tell him Tonya sent ya!

Today it has dozens of stores and restaurants. Restaurants include Chick-fil-A, Crumbl Cookies, Fortune Star Buffet, Hello Bistro, MadMex, Panera Bread, etcetera. In addition, this mall also includes a few banks: Bank of America, Dollar Bank, and PNC. I occasionally shop here. I am most interested in women's clothing, pet supplies, and restaurants. For me, the parking lot has had a sufficient number of spaces, and the area feels fairly safe.

I will say, once they blocked off and planned the Chick-Fil-A drive through, traffic flow has gotten a lot better. But people still need to pay better attention when they are driving through. This plaza has a little of everything. Pizza, Panera, Chinese, Salads and cookies. Two optical places, clothing (Old Navy, Lane Bryant, Marshalls, Carters), a furniture store, pet store and more. There are often pot holes, but they do seem to take are of them fairly quickly. And there are several entrances and exits, one with a traffic signal that makes things easier. Much like a lot other area plazas, it seems to have been designed with a lot less traffic and cars than are typically there. Other than the craziness of parking, it is a great spot where you can find basically everything but a grocery store.
