After reading the only other review, I knew what to expect. However when I went there, a young lady helped me find old ceramic tiles and they were great, only $2.00 each and had plenty. The lot is cluttered with interesting metal statues, and lots of unusual and hard to find things. I as actually pretty impressed with what they had. This place is an EXPERIENCE, it's like going into your hoarder grandpa's barn, if it's your first time, you're going to have to explore the whole place to find what you're looking for. There are no prices on anything, which is understandable, but my issue with this place is that the piles of stuff are often hard to get to, I was looking for old wood floor boards, and I have no idea if they even had any, because the lumber was just in a 30x30' pile 3' high. Staff had no idea either. There are trip hazards EVERYWHERE. I also wish they would give their cat a dewormer, he clearly has tapeworms and is skinny as a rail. The office, where you pay, is not marked by a sign or anything, it just looks like a porch with a sliding glass door. That said, they have a lot of stuff that you can't find anywhere else. read more

Not actually a lumber company so much as Karlo & Mira Perhat's "a little bit of everything" company. If you're looking for a place to dig around for the perfect salvaged...whatever.... go here. This is like Refab, but with tetanus. Refab, but without the organizational skills. Refab, but without the prices. Their business cards say "New and Used Lumber, Building Material, Rental Equipment, Construction Service, LP (Propane) Gas", but I've only ever gone here for random replacement building materials I require. (coping tiles, wood doors, a few bricks...not a pallet at a time, etc.) I've never had them not look at me like I'm a fucking alien when I walk in the door, but whoever has helped me has always pointed me to the right pile to dig through.
