We corresponded via email 3 or 4x & she was always respectful & helpful. When I brought in the shirt to be printed, Merry-Lee helped me work out the final details. I was contacted later that afternoon that my shirt was ready, even though I had asked to have it ready next day. In all, I feel that Dog;s Ear T-shirt & Embroidery treated me fairly & with respect. Merry-Lee especially went above & beyond for me, considering the cost was about $20 & wasn't even printed on their merchandise. The boards were so heavy for me to carry around, and I was knackered after hauling them around, then had to unload them by myself back into the shop (except for the one lightest board which the woman brought in). I don't know if this woman was the owner or not, but when I said "man these are so heavy, how you do this?" She replied "maybe you're just too out of shape...". :|
