I received a text with a picture of the tech when he was about 20 minutes out. Pete the tech was very friendly explained what he was doing and approximately how long it would take. I will definitely call Bob with any future plumbing needs.

He did have to adjust his appointment window a little bit but I didn't mind because he let me know promptly and showed up in the new window. He fixed the leak, adjusted my shower knob and kitchen sink faucet which were very loose. I asked him about my poor water flow and he checked those out and made more adjustments. It was great that he gave me some tips to help minimize my need for a plumber in the future. When a business does that, I really can't ask for more. I am a bit of a handyman myself and it seemed like he really knew what he was doing the whole time. I also liked that he was the guy who took my call and also came to do all the work. Called Mr. G and he explained too me it was the cartridge in the faucet on and off valve, he suggested too replace the complete unit seeing the faucet had been there for a good while. I wasn't ready to buy a new faucet at that moment and I explained that too him. He said "tell you what call me when you get it and he would put it in for a reasonable price. I did just that, even texted him while I was buying the faucet to make sure it was the right kind. He texted me back and said that it was and the right one as well as a good brand name as well. He got to work installed the new faucet replaced our shut off valve under the sink, the last plumber we used broke it and never mentioned it. Mr. G checked everything out once the unit was installed before he gathered his tools and checked it again before he left. No mess no fuss. I called him for a second opinion after SoCal Gas claimed I had a gas leak -- and I'm so glad I…read moredid. He was incredibly thorough, going through multiple approaches to isolate the issue and leaving absolutely no doubt that there was no leak. He even told me straight up that a repipe wasn't necessary based on what he found. That kind of honesty, when he easily could have upsold me, says everything about his character. By the end, he was just as baffled as I was that SoCal Gas had flagged an issue. Rather than leaving me to figure it out on my own, he walked me through all of his troubleshooting step by step so I could relay it to the technician when getting retested. He followed up consistently throughout the whole ordeal and genuinely expressed concern that I was without gas. I passed the retest, and I truly believe his guidance played a big part in that.
