He made it sound like the problem was catastrophic and then told me to 'get it out' and park down the road, saying maybe he'd look at it in a few days, all while laughing. Also repeated "you cooked it". I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I then drove one minute away to another mechanic who inspected the car immediately and diagnosed the issue in under 10 seconds it was simply a broken belt. No customer deserves to be mocked or treated like a nuisance when they're worried about their vehicle. Extremely unprofessional.
