I was so sad when the original Perla's rebranded. The Banana Pizza was such a staple in our household. I was SO glad to see it make a comeback! Not only is it a whole NEW vibe but a whole new menu WITH drinks as well. The dirty martini? Filthy, wonderful, exquisite. Banana pizza? The girl I've been dreaming of. The caesar salad, pasta dishes, and banana pudding were also INCREDIBLE. They were having a record listening night when we went, so the space was a little crowded and hard to get a seat. My friends and I dined in here on Saturday night, and I have been dying to try Perla's for the last few months. We got there around 8 PM and it wasn't too busy. I thought the concept of ordering from the QR code was very interesting because all of our food ended up arriving before our drinks from the bar and we kept feeling bad bugging the food runners asking about the status of our drinks. I think it would be helpful if they had a station with napkins and silverware and Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper because our table was not equipped with any of that. I ordered the spicy passionfruit margarita and it was delicious. We started off with the garlic knots and they were very oily and flavorful and paired with a marinara sauce. I ordered the Perla's salad with no feta cheese, and my only complaint is that they put way too much dressing on the salad and the salad was drenched. Next time I think I would ask for the dressing on the side. The chicken Parm pizza was very delicious, but just extremely oily! My friends ordered the truffle Cacio E Pepe pasta, and it was served to them very watery and they had to ask for extra Parmesan cheese to thicken up the sauce. They ended up dipping the garlic knots into the sauce and it was very delicious that way. 2/23/2026 - Perla Pizza & The Moderne Collab was a hit. First of all, the PARKING situation is a go. Lots of parking, and easy. I met with friends and I was so impressed with the ambience and food!. The pizza is so good, I'm still dreaming of the pizza we had. We also ordered meatballs and they were delicious. The drinks were on point. The service is 10/10. Food came quickly and things were picked up right away. We were served by multiple people. Each super nice and attentive. My heart was so happy with the DJ they had. So I came back to try some other food options and I guess I picked an "off" night. I tried the wings which came out burned black as you can see in the picture. I wanted to try the pasta and I understand al dente but there was a "crunch". Decided to try a new place tonight for drinks and dinner and came across this place! We came on a Thursday night and it was relatively empty but I'm here to say it shouldn't be! The interior of this place was so cool and I can't wait to come on the weekends to listen and enjoy the later night vibes! As for the food everything was really delicious and affordable! We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by their 'choose your own adventure' dining. You order via app, set your own table (cups, plates, etc), and they bring the food out when ready. To be honest it was a refreshing change of pace when we were already overstimulated from work and wanted a more relaxed dining experience where we weren't asked a bunch of times how things were and if we needed anything. Hence the choose your own adventure, they are as involved as you need. It does have loud music, you've been warned, it wasn't bad but if you're looking for a quiet spot this might not be the one for you. Now to the food! The rolls were delish with the marinara sauce. Meatballs were also large and tasty, recommend giving those a try! And we order a build your own pizza with chicken and the hot honey with lemon ricotta. Finally made it into Perla's Pizza after hearing so many great things! My husband has been a couple times already and loves it. We went for their one-night collab with JAM Hot Chicken and the food, drinks, and vibes were all on point. The DJ spinning vinyl, fun lights + a disco ball, yummy pizza, delicious cocktails... what more could you ask for? I got the Spicy Passionfruit Margarita and my husband got the Banana OF. Both drinks we fabulous -- especially the banana old fashioned. It was so smooth -- I might have liked his more, haha. We came to try one of the special collab pies and went with the W.P.F.C. (Winter Park Fat Cat). This pizza was insaneeeeee: garlic cream base, mozzarella, mild JAM Hot chicken tenders, loaded fries, bacon, jalapenos, gorgonzola ranch dressing, and pickled onions on top. OMG, so good! I'm very excited to have leftovers for lunch today. We went on the earlier side with our toddler in tow (around 5:45p), and it was very family-friendly with lots of kiddos at that time. Stopped in on a Thursday night to hang out with my family member for dinner and a drink. We arrived early and you are able to seat yourself. We found a table and a server came over to explain the QR code that you use to scan, order and then pay. I ordered the butterfly kiss drink. It was vodka with some pineapple and ginger. I am not a huge fan of ginger so very happy that it was light on the ginger and did not overwhelm the flavor. We shared the pizza with meatballs. I liked the thin crust and it had just the right amount of crispy. I wish there was a bit more meatball on the pizza toppings, but the flavors were good and it was perfect to share. The location was clean and open. They did have music on that seemed a little loud for the space (or I am just getting old). It was good music, but not ideal to easily have conversations. I'm excited to add Perla's Pizza to the top of my pizza rotation in Orlando! I ordered the Tikka the Hut pizza, a pink base with a masala, lemon ricotta and chicken. It was insane! The flavors were delicious, blended well and it was a great pizza interpretation. My friends ordered the Benny Blanco and Full Send. Each was great showing of what Perla's can do from a simple classic and fully loaded pizza. The meatballs on the Full Send were incredible. I want to order just the meatball appetizer next time I'm back. A single pizza is absolutely enough to share between two people, and if you are going solo on a pie, you'll have slices to take home. Here is what is important with any pizza place: does it pass the left over test? Yes! My extra Tikka the Hut slices were enjoyed both cold and reheated. To drink, I tired the Dill With It. This was a refreshing cocktail if you like gin and I could imagine really enjoying it on a hot summer night. However, I would not recommend pairing it with the pizza I ordered - that was my mistake ordering it before I'd made my final pizza decision. We all took a sip of each cocktail at the table that included the Blood of Our Enemies, the Strawberry Daiquiri and the Hurricane Category 2. The table's consensus was the Blood of Our Enemies was the standout cocktail. It's what we will all be ordering on our next visit. For seating, we grabbed a table on the patio. I was hesitant because it backs up to Fairbanks Ave, and I was not sure if it would be a pleasant experience. But, it was lucky a great experience! Even on a Friday night, traffic noise was minimal and the temperature was as good. You order off a QR code on the table and can start group or individual tabs. I met a friend and her little one there so it was nice to not have an over crowded or too loud spot to catch up. The servers were all very friendly and accommodating. I had the Blood of my Enemies to drink and absolutely loved it. I would 110% order it again and it was the table's favorite. The waitstaff didn't check in after food was delivered, so we had to go inside to get to-go boxes. The vibe here is very cool - the DJ spinning live adds a light party atmosphere without being overwhelming, although I was sitting outside, so it's possible I missed the full impact. I got the best of all worlds. The music blends/mixes were exceptional (focusing on the new and old R&B revivals). The mocktail menu (curated is only two drinks but with them having a full bar, you can ask the bartender to work their magic to deliver you a well balanced mocktail) was nice. At first I thought it was strange, but it was nice because you can enjoy catching up with friends or lovers without a server feeling like they're interrupting the moment. Beer options are limited to a few import basics (Modelo, Stella, Heineken, etc.) All the cocktail options were seasonal to match the fall energy and flavors so we can expect the menu to rotate often. My only cons are parking, the most common deterrent for this area of Winter Park, and the music can definitely get really loud in there. So if you're looking for something chill the atmosphere might be overwhelming for you. I came from Miami and was told to try this pizza place, Perlas, and I am not a pizza person. Luckily they had an amazing caesar salad with a perfectly cooked chicken cutlet. Such a vibe!!! I came in a random Monday evening and was warmly greeted by staff and such an eclectic mix of music. The pizza came out fast and cooked to perfection. I enjoyed my spot at the bar as I sipped my whiskey and picked at my food. The portions are definitely meant for sharing. The place is aesthetically pleasing, clean anda great spot to mingle of people watch. I will definitely return and I highly recommend you try it out as well. read more

I joined a friend at Perla's for a pre-birthday celebration and enjoyed my experience. They were having a wine down Wednesday event with a DJ and drink specials. I loved the ability to place orders through the phone as it cut down on having to flag down our waitress for additional items. Our food and drinks came quickly via friendly servers which was great. The food and drinks were good. I didn't partake in the wine down deal but plan to in the future. My favorite item was the Cafe Con Ron which was delicious. I definitely recommend paying this fun, upbeat restaurant a visit! read more

Finally had the chance to stop in and see what the hype was about. The hubby and I enjoyed a little date night here on Halloween and had a great meal! We tried Perla's salad and Mom's Spaghetti and Meatballs pizza. Everything was delicious. The pizza was thin and crispy and very flavorful. I'm totally going to go back for their pie with bananas! Service is interesting. You pick a table and order from the QR code and they bring the food to you so you have very little interaction with the server. It's very similar to how some food halls work. The only downside was trying to nab someone for a to go box. read more

There are all different types of pizza Perla's is a thin crust pizza with good flavor Ordered the Stay Classy to get a sense of what the crust, sauce and cheese. As a diehard NY pizza fan this pizza had great flavor and was cheesy. It's a step between a NY pizza and a tavern pie my hubby and I finished the whole pie at lunch, so though it was cheesy it wasn't heavy. Would like to try their veggie take or Bianca or truffle next.
