Natural means no acrylic, no gel, no sitting with tin foil on your fingers to remove "no chip". She uses great products that give the nails a long-lasting shine. Hands down, THE BEST. Everything about Mena and Waxing Unlimited makes her business the place to go for any waxing need. Foremost, her little studio is sanitary and clean. A wax is potentially one of the most uncomfortable situations you could be in, but writing that seems funny because I've never been 'uncomfortable.'
