Mr. Perry and the team are awesome to work with. My wife lost a ring that she really liked and Mr. Perry's team was able to recreate it from a picture that I had of it. They are honest, trustworthy and treat you as a family member. My wife and I have been back many times and purchased numerous pieces of jewelry and will continue to do so. read more

I stopped by for a bent watch clasp and lose screw repair. The owner ( I assume) was so nice and friendly. He lent me a pair of jewelers pliers and I fixed on the spot. He didn't charge me a penny. A true gentleman and I would highly recommend this establishment! Thank you read more

After exchanging the broken chain directly from the manufacturer it was returned to me. Unfortunately I broke it again recently but recalled the new owner saying they intended to warranty all prior sales so I returned today to see what they would do. They remembered me, were helpful and offered the same warranty as when I originally purchased it. In fact they had said that if they had one in stock they would exchange it and then just get a replacement for mine. So I asked and they had the identical gold chain in stock. Without hesitation they exchanged it for a minimal restocking fee and I left the store. For those who remember what made Sear what it was - they stood behind their sales and like their craftsman tools warrantied and replaced the tools "no questions asked for a lifetime ". So did Brand Jewelry today. A great reflection on their business model.

Also, if you decide to have a cup of their coffee, ask to taste the coffee before you buy a cup. My cup of coffee was sour. When I asked for a replacement cup of coffee, the clerk wanted to charge me for another cup. When I explained the cup she gave me was sour, her response was, "nobody else complained about the coffee." Apparently, customer satisfaction is not a priority and customer service is a tertiary concern at best. I contacted the owner about my concerns without resolution. I was left feeling baited, switched and the experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say, this business has lost at least one customer - not that the owner actually cares though, since she did little to turn this unsatisfied customer around. Instead, she dug the hole deeper and deeper. Beware shoppers and coffee aficionados.

There are a variety of pottery pieces from mugs, bowls, pitchers, and plates. They also have some other smaller pieces, including some jewelry and pins. Tucked in the back looks like a pottery studio, so check in with the store about whether or not they offer pottery classes.
