I had to take multiple trips out there and several emails/calls to finally get them to start on our project. The drive was over 2 hours for me. Than after they finally installed it. They sent me an extra $300 labor bill. They said it took longer than expected to install and that I'm responsible for paying extra and threaten to have there lawyer call if we didn't pay!
