When confronted with a deeply perplexing conundrum, I often resort to the wisdom offered by the great social commentators, Duran Duran. For example, when squeezing and scampering my way through Marienplatz and its throngs of tourists like a squirrel trying to cross Times Square, I sometimes catch a whiff of the edibles...and then I'm hungry. Like the wolf. A squirrel wolf, if you like. But who wants to pay €4 for a coffee and €7 for a sandwich? Get your Hände hoch if you said, "ICH NICHT!" because nor do I. Squirrel wolves often forget to go to the ATM, so we much prefer, say, €3 for a sandwich, and for that reason do I so love coming to this little place. Also, because their Bavarian accents are charming. And if you order one of their nifty salads to eat there, they will put it into a huge bowl with real utensils for you to eat at one of their standing tables. And because after 6PM, most everything is half off (excepting salads, beers, juices, and candy bars). So if your "Mouth is alive with juices like wine," I recommend you bring your hunger to the Wolf.

Constant coming and going of food delivery guys who mostly didn't bother to shut the door; almost comical seeing a woman get up every time to close it while the staff didn't care = try to get seated away from the entrance as long as they don't install some closing mechanism.

I have tried almost every item on their menu and you cannot go wrong with any. Just pick a curry and do not forget to add garlic naan to your meal. The naan they serve in the Bay Area hotels tastes like pita bread, the naan from Lal Qila tastes more authentic than the ones you find in India. Their service is fantastic.
