No notice no text no call no nothing I have no idea what happened. I saw him in Ocean City a year ago and he looked fine. He had a key of mine,that he never returned. That worried me, and they wrote a letter to the Ocean City Police Department and mayor to complain about his business practice. I saw him today and he told me that he had had some medical issues and was told by his wife not to contact anybody. Really! He couldn't send me a text, call me, or somehow communicate with me about why he was not responded to my multiple phone calls text and letter ...really really weird. Never had a argument or billing issue over 20 years. He is a competent contractor, but wow has he changed the past two years I would never trust him again. I moved on to a different contractor and have been pleasantly surprised by our new contractor (that is as good or better, and with much lower pricing). Before using his services just be careful.
