Seriously! I find this review site disgusting! I have written 4 reviews on Yelp and would not trust much of anything I read on it. I ran into a friend today that told me about how this Yelp site had affected her families business due to negative reviews being the only ones that seemed to have any bearing. So today I opened up my account to this crap! 8 Reviews for this business and only 1 that shows up... which happens to have a rating of 1 and a review that has absolutely no details. I see that the owner posted a reply to this negative review after trying to reach out to this person and receiving no reply from this person that has chosen to hide behind the walls of internet anonymity, Surprise-Surprise! And tell me how this person receives the only so called "trusted review" and the rest are hidden from the public leaving this company with a one star rating. I first contacted Personal Touch when I noticed sign in my neighborhood thinking that it was a service that the community center provided. At the time I had tried Match.com without success and then e-harmony but the matches were not what I was looking for. I had my first meeting with Pat and that went well however I hesitated for about 6 months before I decided to give it a try. We all know that a match is not a perfect science however I did meet 3 matches which were all good however I was set on finding the perfect match. Pat matched me with someone that I have been seeing for about 8 months now and extremely happy with the service. I've had a really great experience with Pat and I strongly recommend Personal Touch Matchmaking. Their approach is "old fashioned" (no texts, no photos, no emails, just a phone call with your match then face to face) but honestly, it's just a better way to meet people now. Save your money. I've been scammed, you don't have to be. I'm an ambitions woman. I just was set up with a 50 year old banquet waiter recommended from Pat herself. Over the phone, they said he was a chef. They care about their income, not the service they claim in their business profile. read more
