I went to the bathroom at 4 in the morning and there it was it stood there for a while, maybe building its strategy for attack, and then the horror began. It started quickly crawling around and I just closed the door in shock. I called the Panther Pest Control team first thing in the morning and booked an inspection. I saw a mouse about a month after my visit and called the company to come back out, they booked me visits twice which they didn't show up to or provide me with notice that the visit would be cancelled. I then got very angry when I saw another mouse and they sent another technician out who said there was nothing that could be done and the owner of the company would come out to talk to me. The owner never came and later spoke to me over the phone. He screamed at me over the phone telling me he doesn't give 6 month guarantees (even though it was on my receipt) and said I was trying to trap him by saying I would write a bad review. Don't use this company their customer service is horrible and they just want your money.
