I just bought a house in the area and everything had been going pretty smoothly but I did see a trail of small ants in my kitchen. Not too concerning but then I came across the most hideous of bugs, a huge Texas sized roach. Experience with Brandon was sub-par at best. I used Brandon for a one time general Pest Control treatment around the house as my previous pest company stopped treating my neighborhood. The estimate was higher than I expected but due to strong reviews I went with Brandon. Brandon arrived late without any notice and I had to contact him to make sure he was still making it for the appointment. During the entire duration of the treatment he seemed rushed and inattentive to the treatment itself. He mentioned how he has had a busy day and had another appointment that he had to get to after mine. Due to this rush, there were certain areas of the house that were missed both indoors and outdoors. I had to request and then remind him to properly spray missed areas outside but there were indoor areas of the house that were still missed. Due to this the bug problem although less now has not been completely contained and I have to use another company to properly contain the bugs.
