The people there love pets as much as we do, so we can be assured that our baby will be well cared for. He gets really excited when we arrive and doesn't even give us a backwards glance as he drags the staff toward the play area. He doesn't really seem to be ready to leave when we come to pick him up, either. They will also bathe your dog if you wish. We used to take our dog with us when we traveled, but he loves Animal Playground so much, we figure he deserves a vacation of his own!

The manager told me he couldn't be groomed there. One day while I was at Terri's, Spitzer again had a seizure. Rather than the "get him out of here" attitude, the staff was very concerned for his well-being. I will never forget their kindness. I am very happy with the services provided by Terri's, and in particular my groomer, Aliyah.

Trying to post a picture but it wont let me..Just imagine the white part of your eye ball all red and looks like they cut the hair to close to her eye..I've had drops i got from the vet and kept putting it in her eye twice a day..

Creature Comforts did not live up to what they said they would deliver and I would not recommend…read morethem to watch any pets. Visits by the owner included putting my dog outside and sitting inside on her phone for the duration of the 15-20 min visit which did not seem worth the $19/visit. After 48 hrs I fired them and asked a friend to take over. She found 3 piles of poop and a pee spot on the living room that had been sitting. The only response I got to expressing my concern of how they cared for my pets was the invoice, no apology or inquiry on how they could improve. That does not seem like a company that loves animals or values their clients.

Pick up my dog and there is blood everywhere; my car, driveway, house, and had to take him immediately to the vet who informed us his nail was trimmed so short the wick was exposed and bleeding excessively. On top of cleaning up blood I'm soothing my dog who now has to be on pain medication for a week. The older lady groomer is awful and rude. I should have listened to my neighbors that warned us of this horrible groomer. They admitted his groom was not to include a nail trim as he needs sedation, and his nails were already short. On top of the trauma, my lab has white flakes all over and itching. DO NOT get your dog groomed here!!
