Once I decided to utilize their services, Sitters4Critters were in constant communication with me finalizing all the arrangements. On the day of the transport, they confirmed they picked up the puppy and were waiting for my flight to arrive. They headed to the cell phone lot to walk him and try to feed him. I texted them when my flight landed and shortly afterwards met them and my new puppy! And the following morning they contacted me to ask how my flight home with the puppy went. They loved all the attention she lavished on them including plenty of time playing in the yard. How do I know? PICTURES! Nicole posted photos on the PetCheck app almost every day. I knew through the app when she arrived, saw my happy fur kids playing in the yard and then knew when Nicole left because she would check out. Based upon the booking screening, it was clear that the company is professional, well-run, and focused. They provide transportation for your pet to and from their boarding stay and even provide daily pictures of your pet via text. We were very happy with the arrangements until, in the middle of our vacation, we were told that our dog had an episode of weakness and was rushed to our vet whose information we provided at booking. Andrew stayed with our pet and transported him to the overnight Emergency vet for observation. Everything turned out fine and Andrew picked up our pet to finish his stay. Andrew went out of his way and not only did everything for our pet that we could have done, but he also kept us informed and comforted. The integrity, compassion, and dedication that PetsAreInn demonstrated during our time of deep concern helped us greatly and made us happy we chose a stay with a family in their home versus in a traditional pet kennel. My dearest friend just lost her fur baby and he was such a gentle soul and so important to all of us. Anyone who knows the pain you feel when a fur baby is lost knows how haunting that feeling can be. And for these people to make these situations so much more taunting is unreal. I can't believe my friend had to see her baby rotting on a table. And they simply just shrugged they're shoulders. Please do not bring your fur babies here. These people are just plain evil.

We had a small viewing and cremation at this Pet Meadow location. The viewing room isn't big but…read moregood enough for a few people. We interacted with only two staff members, the receptionist and the person who performed the cremation. Both were very professional, informative, and empathetic. We spent about 45 minutes to an hour with our pet before the cremation, and then we had to wait about 1.5 hours for the remains. Luckily, a few restaurants were nearby where we could have lunch and wait. The remains were neatly wrapped and placed inside the box our daughters chose, and they were given to us in a bag with a card from the veterinarian and PM. Thank you, Pet Meadow, for being gentle in caring for our baby Honey and for making sure everything was as perfect as it could be.
